Six years ago, I made the decision to change my life. I ended a long-term relationship and started from scratch with my two children. Today, I am married (to a professional trainer as well) and have four children. I aim to inspire women like you that everything is possible, whether it's getting back in shape or pursuing your dreams.

Several years ago, I started working with women as a professional personal trainer. Now, through the NO LIMIT FIT app, along with FITGENERATOR®, I help women from all over the country and abroad get back in shape, drawing from my own experience. I want to show you that after four pregnancies, achieving the best shape of your life is possible through CrossFit training. I also demonstrate that success and dream fulfillment are attainable by overcoming fears that tried to defeat me during my almost 1.5-year journey in triathlons and Iron Man competitions.
